CSDDD introduces mandatory climate transition plan and human rights and environmental due diligence requirements for large companies operating in (and under some circumstances outside) the EU, for large companies operating in and beyond the EU.
We work closely with businesses to identify, prevent and mitigate adverse impacts across their operations and value chains, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations while strengthening their long-term sustainability strategy.
The Omnibus proposal is still subject to significant discussion, and potential changes to certain aspects of the EU sustainability framework, including CSDDD. We are actively monitoring these developments and advising on the ongoing updates.
