Louise Villadsen

Louise has consulting experience across the public and private sectors, having worked for Boston Consulting Group in Australia and led the in-house consultancy in the UK’s Business & Energy Department.

Louise has solid experience within strategy implementation and with EU sustainability legislation, including CSRD readiness, SFDR compliance and the EU Taxonomy​. She has experience across the public sector, healthcare and financial services industries.

In her previous job, Louise specialised in major capital spending. She has advised on some of the UK Government’s largest energy & climate change projects, as well as government infrastructure agencies and managed negotiations for the UK’s ~£20bn 5 year education capital budget.

Prior to this, Louise has 5 years of experience as a policy advisor in the UK and Australian governments across a range of social policy areas, including population health, criminal justice reform and adult skills.

Louise holds a First-class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
