The challenge

The energy transition is being slowed by fragmented and manual due diligence and risk management processes. Traditional assessments of utility-scale renewable energy projects, which often include thousands of documents in a data room, can take weeks to complete. This delays decision-making for developers, investors, IPPs, and asset managers, while maintaining high costs and creating bottlenecks in clean-energy project deployment.

The solution

TetraxAI is an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform that automates due diligence and risk management for clean-energy infrastructure. Its flagship product, TetraxVerify, uses AI-driven document analysis, localized regulatory intelligence, and structured project data to generate high-quality due diligence reports in hours instead of weeks. By dramatically reducing time and cost, TetraxAI enables stakeholders to detect and mitigate risks up to 100x faster.
