GHG inventory development

We support companies in developing transparent, robust GHG inventories aligned with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and leading sector standards. Covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, we ensure data is accurate, consistent, and ready for third-party verification.

We use our proprietary GHG inventory tool, built in accordance with the GHG Protocol, to strengthen the data foundation and enable continuous improvement over time. This includes facilitating the transition from spend-based to activity-based data, making it easier to identify reduction opportunities and guide effective decarbonisation efforts.

Our approach combines 80/20 logic, sector insight, and a strong business mindset to focus efforts where they matter most.

Science-aligned target setting

We guide companies through the full Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) journey, from commitment and target development to submission, validation, and communication. We ensure that targets are ambitious, achievable, and grounded in the latest climate science, helping businesses stay ahead of market and regulatory expectations.

Climate transition planning

We develop integrated Climate Transition Plans (CTP) that connect ambition with execution. This includes assessing reduction levers, quantifying the business case, sequencing initiatives, and embedding the plan into governance and strategy. We also address risk management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the plan is both credible and actionable.

Developing a sustainability strategy and leveraging sustainability commercially for logistics software and systems player

Lyngsoe Systems is a global leader in logistics software and systems integration, with over 40 years of experience and a pioneering role in RFID technology. Operating across sectors such as airports, postal services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and libraries, Lyngsoe Systems delivers efficiency, traceability, and quality improvements to complex logistics environments. In close collaboration, we supported Lyngsoe Systems in strengthening their sustainability strategy and unlocking the commercial potential of their sustainability value proposition.

The project

Lyngsoe Systems set out to deepen their sustainability efforts, not only to meet growing stakeholder expectations but also to harness the sustainability impact of their products as a commercial advantage. We supported the company across several workstreams: from building a robust double materiality assessment and sustainability strategy, to driving specific initiatives within GHG accounting, supply chain engagement, and the commercialisation of sustainability benefits.

Our approach

Our work focused on both strategic direction and practical execution. Together, we co-developed a sustainability strategy informed by double materiality and industry-specific ESG priorities.


We then worked across functions to activate that strategy, helping quantify the sustainability impact of Lyngsoe Systems’ RFID-based solutions across key industries, and turning those insights into tools for sales enablement.

This included training sales and marketing teams, running roleplay simulations with senior management, and building an account playbook supported by “hero cases” co-developed with customers. These cases clearly articulated the environmental and operational value delivered, serving as both evidence and inspiration for future sales efforts.

The impact

Our collaboration helped Lyngsoe Systems move from sustainability strategy to commercial storytelling, strengthening internal capabilities while embedding sustainability into go-to-market activities.
