Most of us also have hands-on experience as managers and executives. Some of us have built our own companies. Common for us all, we are dedicated to sustainability.

Trine has consulting experience from Monitor Deloitte, the strategy consulting arm of Deloitte, and now at The Footprint Firm. Her experiences within The Footprint Firm includes ESG DD, CSRD readiness and Double materiality assessments. At Monitor Deloitte, Trine’s main focus was on developing corporate and business unit strategies for national and international companies across industries incl. Financial services and Transport and Logistics. During her time there, her passion for sustainability led her to take part in the development of the ESG strategy offering for Monitor Deloitte’s Strategy and Business Design team.

Moreover, Trine has experience from the world of start ups and investing from her time as an Analytical Assistant at VækstFonden Venture (now The Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO)) being part of the team screening potential investments. Trine has also volunteered at Castore Consulting, a pro-bono strategy advisory, where she was a part of a team of consultants helping startups develop go-to-market strategies. Overall, Trine is passionate about entrepreneurship and how relevant innovation can overcome the climate crisis.

Trine holds a Master’s in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Copenhagen University.
