Frederik has consulting experience in M&A strategy, including due diligence, strategy, and value creation for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Prior to joining The Footprint Firm Frederik worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Monitor where he besides, M&A worked with corporate strategy projects focusing on digital innovation as well as headed up the junior recruitment team and work related to employer branding.

Frederik also worked at Novozymes as a Student Analyst in their Corporate Finance team supporting on business case development, including CAPEX and general investment decisions. Moreover, Frederik worked in GfK with consumer marketing while pursuing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Frederik holds an MSc in Finance and Strategic Management and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School, including two exchange semesters abroad at Arizona State University in the US, and Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
